Digitale læringsstrategier 1: Et stresset system uden afgrænsning

I forbindelse med arbejdet på en artikel om unges digitale læringsstrategier, har jeg interviewet en række eksperter, professionelle og studerende. Her i første interview præsenteres et perspektiv fra en af dem, der er med til at få det hele til at fungere.

Derfor bør du læse dette interview

Ligesom de fleste af os andre, har Hans Damm-Jakobsen læst de kritiske opråb om den tabte Corona-generation af studerende og elever, der bare sidder hjemme og falder hen uden kontakt til deres medstuderende. Men han har på første hånd oplevet, hvordan noget de fleste troede umuligt for bare et år siden har løftet en hel generation af undervisere og elever ind i en ny og langt mere kvalificeret hybrid undervisningsvirkelighed – med nye fordele og nye ulemper.

 

Systemet stresses

Samtalen med it-vejleder Hans Damm-Jakobsen endte ret symptomatisk med et mindre teknisk sammenbrud og masser af knas på linjen. Måske var det en pludselig opstået løs forbindelse i en mikrofon eller en ustabil netforbindelse. Uanset hvad, så viser afslutningen på vores samtale, at medierede samtaler stadig her sent i 2020 er en sårbar affære.

Men ellers var interviewet et eksempel på en nærmest ideel dialog. Vi fik vendt og drejet muligheder og begrænsninger ved den seneste gen-overgang til fjernundervisning i Aarhus. Hans Damm-Jakobsen har i det daglige ansvar for den pædagogiske brug af it på Aarhus Katedralskole. Han deler i denne samtale mange brugbare erfaringer fra de seneste måneders vejledning af alle – lige fra de nye 1.g’ere, der lige har fået lov til at stikke hovederne indenfor på skolen en enkelt dag, så de kunne få sat deres udstyr op til fjernundervisningen – til rutinerede kolleger, der nu i mange måneder har været udsat for det han kalder en ”digital stresstest”.

Hans Damm-Jakobsen oplevede de første måneder med overgang til fjernundervisning, som en tid med stor respekt for elevernes udfordringer og villighed til samarbejde og dannelse af nye netværk: ”Det stressede systemet. Kollegerne brugte de digitale ressourcer vi havde inden Corona. Men brugen blev tilpasset og udvidet. Så da online blev den eneste undervisningsmåde, så vi mange flere kolleger, der eksperimenterede med tegneplader, fælles dokumenter, og alt det andet som en lille gruppe ildsjæle tidligere havde eksperimenteret med. Skrivepædagogiske metoder og samarbejder i netværk på tværs af faggrupper blev hurtigt udbredt. Jeg tror, at der var en erkendelse af, at it nu var præmissen og ikke bare et redskab. Rækkefølgen blev vendt på hovedet. Systematiseringen og sekvenseringen af undervisningen blev meget tydeligere. Det blev mere almindeligt at spørge om hjælp – og at dele sin viden kollegialt. Og der blev i det hele taget i løbet af meget kort tid delt meget mere, end vi har set før. Og det var både teknisk viden og didaktiske metoder.”

 

Transformationen af de affektive dimensioner

Her et halvt år efter den første nedlukning står det klart, at fjernundervisningen har haft fordele for en betydelig gruppe af socialt udsatte elever. ”Vi er blevet klogere på, hvordan der kan komme mere ro på de affektive dimensioner i undervisningen, når den foregår online.” Han uddyber ”Tydeligere systematik og en mere klar rammesætning har været godt for de ca. 20% af eleverne i det almene gymnasium, der har set klasserummet som en barriere for det faglige. For nogen elever er bare rigtig meget på spil socialt, når de sidder i klassen. Transformationen af de affektive dimensioner har betydet, at elevens dialog med sig selv – det Steen Back kalder en indre dialog – har fået mere plads som et centralt element til løbende refleksion i undervisningen. Det tror jeg har gavnet mange elever.  Stilhed og indre dialog har sjældent meget plads i det fysiske klasserum. De forstyrrende stemmer kan holdes ude, når man bare kan slukke.”

For Hans Damm-Jakobsen ligger der potentialer i en konstruktiv overvejelse af mulighederne for at styrke rammerne for elevernes indre dialoger. Det er bare en pointe, der skal balanceres med hensynene til de positive forpligtigelser der opstår i kollaborative og kooperative læreprocesser. Asynkron undervisning indebærer en risiko for at miste eleverne. Det virker demotiverende på de fleste, hvis de ikke oplever at blive set, støttet og anerkendt af underviserne og andre elever.”

”Underviserens rolle er ikke blevet mindre væsentlig i fjernundervisning, og hvis vi forestiller os en fremtid med mere blandet undervisning – noget online og det meste på skolen – skal vi huske, at instruktioner og dialoger, hvor eleverne og underviseren forhandler en fælles forståelse og et fælles sprog, er forudsætningen for at der bliver lært noget. Ren fjernundervisning – og særligt asynkron fjernundervisning – er en farlig vej at gå.

 

Sammensmeltet digital plasticitet

Det står klart, at fjernundervisning på ungdomsuddannelserne ikke været en løsning, men en nødvendighed. Rammen var den nødundervisning vi var påtvunget af omstændighederne. Dét skal ifølge Hans Damm-Jakobsen ikke ophæves til idealet. ”Men erfaringerne har åbnet mine øjne for, at elevernes syn på det digitale er afgørende forskelligt fra undervisernes. Hvis man er vokset op med den oplevelse, at en computer skulle ses som et redskab, der kan tilpasses og har en fleksibel indre logik, så har man også en mere handlingsorienteret tilgang og er måske ikke så bange for at prøve sig frem. De elever, jeg vejleder lige nu, ser nærmere deres digitale ressourcer som lukkede brugerflader. En gruppe elever har svært ved at finde en downloadet fil frem på computeren, eller de lever med programmer, der ikke virker optimalt. Man kan tale om, at eleverne lever i en verden indrammet af en sammensmeltet digital plasticitet.”

Plasticiteten ses i brugen, hvor eleverne i høj grad mestre kunsten at bevæge sig mellem digitale platforme og at bruge mange kommunikationsformer og apps på samme tid. Det sammensmeltede element ser Hans Damm-Jakobsen i den manglende digitale dannelse der viser sig, når eleverne ikke kan gennemskue selve styresystemets indre logik, fordi det ikke har været nødvendigt for dem at lære det. Det er derfor heller ikke muligt at afskærme sig. Maskinens indre er smeltet sammen til et hele og det er smeltet sammen med de andre dimensioner af livet. ”For de elever, jeg møder, findes der Ikke nogen ren offline-tilværelse”.

    با این حال، کارشناسان به این
    نتیجه رسیده اند که آیا سطح سروتونین در
    افراد مبتلا به سندرم خستگی مزمن (CFS
    یا ME / CFS ) بالا یا پایین است
    یا خیر. برخی مطالعات نشان می
    دهد که مشکل در ME / CFS ممکن است در
    فعالیت گیرنده های سروتونین کم
    باشد، که می تواند به این معنی باشد
    که مغز به درستی از سروتونین استفاده
    نمی کند، حتی اگر مقدار زیادی در
    دسترس باشد. یک مطالعه جدید نشان
    می دهد واکنش های خود ایمنی ممکن برای سروتونین.
    تفاوت اصلی بین ملاتونین و سروتونین در

    افرادی که اختلالات و مشکلات عقلی و ذهنی دارند، دارای سطح
    سروتونین پایینی می باشند.
    به نظر می‌رسد درمان با SSRI در مقایسه با دارونما برای PE به‌طور قابل‌ توجهی
    تعدادی از پیامدهای مهم را از نظر بیمار مانند بهبود
    نشانه‌ها، رضایت از رابطه جنسی و کنترل قابل درک
    بر انزال بهبود می‌بخشد.

    اثرات نامطلوب‌ عبارتند از افزایش مختصر در موارد ترک درمان
    به دلیل بروز عوارض جانبی همچنین
    افزایش قابل‌ توجه در نرخ عوارض جانبی.
    مشکلات تاثیرگذار بر قطعیت شواهد پیامدها،
    محدودیت‌ها و عدم دقت بودند.
    فیبرومیالژیا یک وضعیت مزمن و با اتیولوژی ناشناخته است
    ‌که به صورت بالینی تعریف می‌شود و ویژگی
    آن، درد مزمن منتشری است که اغلب با اختلالات خواب، اختلال عملکرد
    شناختی و خستگی همراهی دارد.

    تاثیر ورزش بر سبک زندگی
    به‌طور تخمینی ۷۰٪ از مصرف‌کنندگان عوارضی را در حوزه اختلالات جنسی تجربه می‌کنند.
    اثر این داروها از سوی روان‌شناسان به صورت «کاهش احساس» بیان شده‌است.

    بیماران افسرده میزان کمتری از متابولیت‌های سروتونین در
    مایع مغزی نخاعی و بافت مغزی دارند.
    در اوایل صبح به صورت طبیعی میزان بیشتری دوپامین در بدن ترشح می شود هر چه
    می گذرد، میزان دوپامین پایین می‌آید.

    کمبود خواب با مختل کردن این الگو باعث کم شدن میزان دسترسی گیرنده های دوپامین در مغز می‌شود که بی حالی، کاهش تمرکز و عدم هماهنگی شناختی
    را به دنبال خواهد داشت . اگر در طول روز می خواهید تجربه بهتر و سرزنده تری داشته باشید حتما ۸ ساعت خواب شبانه را در برنامه خود در نظر
    بگیرید. در آزمایشی مشخص شد روند رشد موش‌هایی که دچار کمبود سروتونین
    می‌شوند، کند شده و مشکلات تنفسی،
    قلبی و عروقی، اختلال در خواب و
    افزایش رفتارهای تهاجمی ایجاد می‌شود.
    در آزمایش دیگری موش‌های ماده که به کمبود سروتونین مبتلا
    شدند، علاوه بر رفتار بسیار خشن و تهاجمی، بچه‌های خود و دیگر
    موش‌ها را نیز می‌خوردند.
    بالا و پایین رفتن غلظت سروتونین روی قسمتی از مغز افراد که میزان خشم و عصبانیت را کنترل می‌کند،
    تأثیرگذار است. گرسنگی و استرس سبب ایجاد نوسان

    • با خانواده و دوستان‌تان وقت بگذرانید؛ لمس‌کردن، بغل‌کردن، بوسیدن، داشتن روابط ‌جنسی، ابراز احساسات‌کردن، حرف‌های دلگرم‌کننده ، تشویق‌کردن، محبت‌کردن و شکرگذاری باعث افزایش هورمون اکسی‌توسین در مغز می‌شود.
    بنابراین سعی کنید از لذت‌‌های
    طبیعی و بدون هزینه‌ که خداوند در اختیارتان قرار
    داده استفاده کنید تا شادی و نشاط در زندگی‌تان بیشتر ایجاد شود.
    فست فودها، قهوه، الکل، نیکوتین موجود
    در سیگار، قندهای رژیمی و محصولات حاوی آن مانند نوشابه‌های رژیمی سبب کاهش غلظت سروتونین مغز می‌شوند و
    باید از مصرف آنها توسط نوجوانان ممانعت کرد.
    بنابراین در رژیم غذایی نوجوانان تا آنجا که ممکن است باید سعی کرد از مواد خوراکی
    افزایش دهنده سروتونین در مغز استفاده
    شود و از طرفی از گرسنه ماندن آنان جلوگیری شود.
    زمانی که نوجوانان از فعالیت‌های درسی یا
    ورزشی به منزل برمی‌گردند قبل از هر چیز لازم است
    وضعیت گرسنگی بررسی شود و با غذاهای مناسب تغذیه شوند، سپس
    از آنها خواسته شود تکالیف درسی را انجام دهند.
    با این کار از کم‌حوصلگی و احیاناً پرخاشگری و توجه نکردن
    به نصیحت‌ها جلوگیری می‌شود.
    سمیت سروتونین را در حیوانات توصیف می کند که با
    بیش فعالی اتونومیک (اسهال،
    میدریاز و تاکی کاردی)، علائم عصبی عضلانی (هیپررفلکسی، میوکلونوس، لرزش، و
    سفتی)، و تغییر وضعیت ذهنی مشخص می شود.

    غذا آزاد می‌شود. به استثنای گیرندهٔ 5HT3 که دروازه لیگاندی کانال
    یونی است، همه گیرنده‌های 5HT از
    شاخه گیرنده‌های «هفت مارپیچ غشاءگذر» هستند که سیستم
    پیام‌رسانی ثانویه درون سلولی را فعال می‌کند.
    سندرم مراقب این بیماری در افرادی ایجاد می شود که در موقعیت وابستگی نقش مراقب
    اصلی شخص را بازی می کنند. آکسون‌های نورون‌های هسته‌های
    رافی از سیستم انتقالات عصبی، تقریباً به همه جای سیستم مرکزی عصبی می‌رسند.

    زعفران می‌تواند به عنوان یک داروی گیاهی کمک درمانی در کنار دیگر داروهای ضد افسردگی
    مورد استفاده قرار بگیرید و مفید باشد.
    دردسرهای نداشتن تعادل هورمونی هورمون ها، مواد شیمایی بسیار مهمی
    هستند که بر عملکرد بسیاری از اندام های بدن تاثیر دارند و تعادل
    بین آنها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.

    استرس می تونه به شدت روی استروژن تاثیر منفی
    بذاره و ترشحش به میزان کافی در بدن می تونه استرس رو کنترل کنه و روی خلق و خو تاثیر مثبت بذاره.
    آخه این هورمون تو دوران بارداری و
    شیردهی در بدن زنان ترشح میشه و عشق عجیب مادر به فرزند
    رو شکل میده. این هورمون در هیپوتالاموس تشکیل و بعد به غده
    هیپوفیز منتقل میشه و ارتباط مستقیم
    با روابط خانوادگی، عشق، دوستی و
    تعاملات اجتماعی بین آدم ها داره.

    تفاوت سروتونین و دوپامین از این دو ماده شیمیایی اساساً می
    توان به عنوان مواد شیمیایی خوشبختی یاد کرد.
    انجام ورزش های هوازی منظمهم به افرادی
    که مبتلا به بیماری پارکینسون هستند
    کمک می کند تا وضعیتی که در آن سطوح پایین دوپامین باعث اختلال
    در توانایی مغز در کنترل حرکات بدن می شود، بهبود پیدا کند.
    L- تیروزین اسید آمینه است و پیش ماده ی طبیعی است L-دوپا; مواد شیمیایی مورد استفاده برای تولید
    دوپامین در مغز. در حالی که امن زمانی که در دوزهای پایین
    استفاده, استفاده بیش از حد برای مدت زمان طولانی می تواند
    عوارض جانبی ایجاد. در بیماری پارکینسون، با از بین رفتن سلول‌های عصبی در قسمت خاصی از مغز، از دست رفتن
    دوپامین در همان ناحیه رخ می‌دهد.

    سفتی عضلات با درد همراه خواهد بود و می‌تواند طیف وسیعی از حرکات را محدود کند.
    علائم و نشانه‌های بیماری پارکینسون می‌تواند از شخصی
    به شخص دیگر متفاوت باشد. علائم اولیه این
    بیماری ممکن است به شکل خفیف بروز کرده و اصلا قابل تشخیص نباشند.

    یکی از راههای حفظ سطح بالای دوپامین،
    اجتناب از استرس است که تقریبا غیر ممکن است.

    عوارض جانبی ، که در اوایل مشاهده می شود

    هستند. سروتونین چیست شناسی شادی را یک هیجان می

    مهارکننده های MAO-B مانند (الدپریل) سلژیلین و (آزیلکت) راساژیلین از تجزیه دوپامین آنزیم MAO-B در مغز
    خود جلوگیری می کنند. رایج ترین
    شکل DDI که در بیشتر کشورها استفاده می شود کاربیدوپا است.
    ترکیب لوودوپا و کاربیدوپا با نام تجاری Sinemet شناخته می شود.
    آرامبخش های طبیعی برای سگ ها ، مانند Rescue Remedy ،
    معمولاً از عصاره های گیاهی

    افزایش دوپامین در مناطق خاصی از مغز باعث بروز هذیان یا توهم می‌شود.

    روش‌های مختلفی صورت می‌‌گیرد، یکی از این روش‌ها مواد شیمیایی است
    که از طرف یک سلول به سمت سلول دیگر ترشح می‌‌شود.
